1. Service Booking

Service requests are confirmed after discussion of move details, pickup and delivery location, item volume, service type, and agreed charges. Any change in scope may affect the final quotation.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup, delivery, contact, and item details.
• Separate valuables, documents, cash, jewellery, and personal essentials before packing.
• Inform us in advance about fragile, high-value, restricted, or special-care items.

3. Payments

Charges, advance payments, balance payments, taxes, and additional costs will be communicated before or during service confirmation. Delayed payments may delay delivery or release of goods.

4. Packing, Transport, and Delivery

We take reasonable care while packing, loading, transporting, unloading, and delivering goods. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, permits, route conditions, vehicle issues, or events outside our control.

5. Insurance and Claims

Transit insurance or cargo protection may be available on request. Claims, if applicable, must be raised promptly with supporting documents and photographs. Uninsured goods are moved at the customer's own risk, subject to applicable law.

6. Prohibited Items

Customers must not include illegal goods, explosives, inflammable materials, perishable food, hazardous chemicals, live animals, or any item restricted by law.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or date changes should be communicated as early as possible. Charges may apply if packing material, manpower, vehicle booking, or travel has already been arranged.
